Tips and Advice
Out of ScentSpit is the key to keeping fish on the bite and then there's something else... Timothy Kusherets Did you know there is something you can do when you run out of scent? Spit is the key to keeping fish on the bite. I've seen work countless times. There is something about the smell of human mucous that keeps fish on the bite; ironically, there is another odor we produce that will catch fish. I tried it one time but could not bring myself to touch the lure afterwards. Can you guess what it is? Well believe it or not, there are guides in Alaska that swear by the urine they use. I wouldn't ever want to know where they get the secret scent, but I know from exeprience that it can work incredibly fast. Even as the prospect makes me say Yuchy, ichy, poo, poo, no way in hell, when fish are on the bite and nothing else works this one will.
