Ants...the Fishing Forecaster

So long as the ants are out and about foraging individually, it’s a good time to fish

Timothy Kusherets

It’s a fact that ants head indoors when it’s about to rain and when that happens fish go off the bite.
Ants will form a single file and begin to store goods more aggressively when a cold front is moving in; that can be either rain or snow, but in any case, a radical fluctuation in barometric pressure puts fish off the bite. So long as the ants are out and about foraging individually, it’s a good time to fish, when they begin to file in a single line and the top of the hill is plugged up you might as well kick back with a beer and watch the fire and think twice before killing those little guys. They might help you hook into that fish of a lifetime.

What fish might think if they knew what anglers do to catch them.
